A developer of methodologies for business process improvement in a service environment, Adam is a deep thinker about the human element of services and has had great success in saving money by engaging the operation to heal itself.

Over 20 years designing and delivering business improvement programs across some of the world’s most successful companies. Author of the Lean Six Sigma approach, training and implementation for several corporations and designer of the first consumer IT help desk among many other customer services processes for Orange, Reuters, Covidien, SITEL, Client logic, Toshiba, Lexmark, BT, Centrica, Glaxo Wellcome, Louis Vuitton, John Lewis, Sony, Colt Telecom and others.

Adam designed the process approach to capture the whole of PAYG for Orange to enable successful outsourcing of the whole operation to Bangalore, enabled a major bank to remove 75% of the activities from their global lending processes and has delivered many multiple millions in savings in many different service environments.

Adam is now Director of Training for the 'ISC' Academy.
